About the Role:
As a Property Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the property buying journey. You will play a vital role in showcasing Kronberg’s exclusive developments, achieving ambitious sales targets, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present Kronberg’s projects to potential buyers with detailed, accurate information.
• Consistently achieve or exceed predefined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Stay informed on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert guidance on property valuation and negotiation.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from presentations to contract finalization.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English (Mandatory).
• Fluency in German or Russian is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Hurghada real estate market.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A client-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Highly professional, organized, and results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with CRM tools for managing leads and tracking performance.
• Familiarity with international clients and luxury developments.
